Podcast Intro:
Holly Austin is a coach. She loves kids, she loves teaching, she loves motivating, and she loves building courageous young leaders who seek challenge instead of fear. As the founder of Ready Set Row, a competitive rowing club for girls who want to pursue rowing in college, Holly combines data and metrics, and  the charge of organized emotions to make an impact on her athletes. She is a hard work role model. At 5’6” and only 145 lbs, she beat all odds and made the Varsity Heavyweight 8 at Harvard/Radcliffe in pursuit of a National Championship. As a mom during COVID, she drove a 33-ft RV for 2 months around America with her 8 and 6 year-old. Her purpose is to drive positive change. She is not shy about saying she wants to win. But it doesn’t stop at her. She will do everything in her power to help you win, too.  [more...]
