Make workĀ a place to practice bravery (and joy).
Companies bring Brave in to cause a stir in their people - sparking joy, connection, and giving them the opportunity to try something they've never tried before.
Whether your company is navigating a transition, your people are feeling fear or uncertainty, or the cultural vibe has gone a little stagnant, Brave offers a way to shake things up. Our virtual and in-person activations get people thinking, feeling, and taking brave action together — across teams, roles, and lines of difference.

Brave works with companies aiming to build connection among employees and teams in a fun, novel way; firms navigating transitions marked by uncertainty or fear; and large virtual or in-person gatherings that need an energizing spark to get the room going.
The two-hour workshop was fabulous and received rave reviews from the crowd. It is TOTALLY interactive and engaging. Crista and her excellent team demonstrate through fun (and sometimes loud) exercises, how to confront, get more comfortable with, and then work through one’s fears/obstacles. The workshop is both personally rewarding and thought provoking, while at the same time being a wonderful (and yes, really fun) bonding experience for the group. I have attended many talks and workshops over the years and found this to be among the most impactful and engaging.

I loved watching the room come alive! Seeing people, even the quiet ones, step out of their comfort zones, make new connections, laugh, and create genuine memories together.Ā
