Clubs, teams, college, NGBs, non-profits, and professional organizations

There is no better place to practice bravery than with your teammates.

Sports require fear management — for constant improvement and for performing under pressure.

Brave enhances competitive environments by giving athletes of all levels the chance to learn, practice, and execute skills and drills they’ve likely never tried before. Experiencing this work as a team strengthens connection, sharpens focus, and amplifies collective confidence.

Athletes love this stuff

We can make it fun, intense, or both. Our work is rooted in the Underdog Mindset, and each session focuses on building mental performance tools athletes can use in their sport — and in their life.
Build your Brave Session >
Brave programming HITS with teams looking for a powerful bonding experience, with athletes who want more guidance and practice managing performance under pressure, and with departments or organizations aiming to foster camaraderie and pride.
Many organizations partner with Brave for our Signature Session and also license additional mental skills and performance programming to embed into the experience they offer their athletes.
This program changes lives, guiding players to discover the possibilities of success, love, joy and the ability to reach big goals.
Our players at the Naval Academy developed an awareness, a confidence, and their way of being that translated into practice immediately and into the psyche of the way each of our players saw work and competition.

Cindy Timchal, Head Coach Women's Lacrosse, US Naval Academy
The session provided an energetic way for our athletes to explore tough concepts with their peers and do some hard self-reflection. It was really special having all our women's teams experience it together. There were a lot of smiles and so many deep thoughts, and much to be proud of!
Michele Dombrowski, Assistant AD, Sewanee
I would highly recommend a Brave session to anyone that is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, learn more about themselves, and practice being Brave! This is a great tool to use with Teams because players learn to communicate with each other in a different way, and build stronger relationships.
Danielle Spencer, Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, Stanford University
Brave effectively reached every single person in the room, and it was amazing to watch body language transform in less than two hours. Brave inspired our players to explore their fears, cope with their doubts, and to live with bravery both on and off the field.
